For 40 years, the Fair of Saint Stephen has been the leading event of its kind in the Portogruaro area. Every year between July and August, it fills the entire town of Concordia Sagittaria with initiatives and attractions on the banks of the Lemene River for a whole week. Originally created to promote the local agricultural scene, over the years the Fair of Saint Stephen (the patron saint of Concordia Sagittaria) has developed into a genuine trade fair that is packed with projects and business opportunities. In addition to large exhibition areas and high-profile conventions about important production issues and economic matters, there is lots of fun for little ones on offer alongside entertainment for adults, with live acts, music, dance evenings and cultural shows.

PROGRAMM:

Meet the guide in Concordia Sagittaria and start the tour of the Municipal Museum, before continuing the guided tour on foot along the archaeological trail through the ancient Roman colony known as Iulia Concordia. The guided tour will conclude with dinner in a traditional establishment, with a selection of local products. Participants will then have time to visit the fair and see the stalls of traditional food, agricultural and craft products, as well as the market and the large funfair.
