Open Sport is an unmissable event for lovers of sport and healthy living. It is organized by Portogruaro Town Council in partnership with the dozens of sport associations in the local area, with the support of CONI (the Italian National Olympic Committee). For a whole weekend, the town centre is filled with people of all ages taking part in sport displays and games. The selection includes football, volleyball, martial arts, gymnastics, basketball, dance, rugby, skating and archery. Open Sport is a unique chance for people to gather together and an essential opportunity for sport to move outside its usual realm and take over the old town centre, the squares, the river and the town as a whole for a weekend.

PROGRAMME:

Guided tour of Portogruaro and the Town Museum. Lunch in a typical local establishment with traditional products. The afternoon will be spent watching the numerous sporting events and athletes in the old town centre.
